During yesterday's inventory of nest 46 the inventory crew found two unique golden colored hatchlings. One had already hatched and one was just coming out of the nest. The golden color was very striking and beautiful.We thought you'd like to see a photo.
Nests 43, 45 & 46 were inventoried on Friday, August 26th.
Nest #43 was found by Bill Greubel & Arline DeGennaro. Bill Greubel found the eggs. The 135 eggs hatched in 52 days.

Nest # 45 was found by Anne Snelgrove, Melanie Jerome & Gayle Evans. Bill Middleton found the eggs. The 114 eggs hatched in 47 days.

Nest # 46 was found by Deb Weihn and Christine Miniman. Judy Morr found the eggs. The 93 eggs hatched in 47 days.

We will inventory nests 45, 43 and 46 on Friday, August 26th at 8:30 AM. Nest 45 is located south of boardwalk 9 in front of the boats at the camp. Nest 43 is located 200 yards south of boardwalk 6 and nest 46 is located just south of boardwalk 4.
Nest #37 was found by Linda Nelson with Bill Nelson as the prober. The nest had 85 eggs and hatched in 51 days. It was in situ.

Nest #41 was found by Anne Snelgrove, Melanie Jerome and Gayle Evens. Judy Morr was the prober. It hatched in 47 days and there were 117 eggs in the nest.

Nest #35 was found by Bob Mason, Veronica L'Allier & Kathy Murray. The nest had 53 eggs and hatched in 51 days.

Nest # 42 was found by Sandy MacCoss, Alison Bowers, Tori Kindley, Pat & Bob Derajtys. Bill Greubel was the prober. It hatched in 47 days with 131 eggs in the nest.
