On Friday, August 24th Turtle Patrol members surprised Patrol Leader Terry Fansler with a birthday celebration. She was presented with a beautiful tiara and a sash that said “ xx years old never looked better”. This presentation was followed by a rousing rendition of “Happy Birthday to Terry”.
Inventory Scheduled for Tuesday, August 28th
We will inventory Nest 22 on Tuesday at 4:30pm. This nest is located just north of Boardwalk 5. It was found by Cathrine Scully, Rob Jerome, Mike Vinson and Gary Holtz on July 2 and it hatched in 54 days.

Inventories of Nests 21 & 23 Scheduled
We will inventory nests 21 & 23 on Friday, August 24th beginning at 4:30 PM. We will start with nest 21 which was found by Gary Holtz, Rob Jerome, Cathrine Scully & Mike Vinson. It is located just south of boardwalk 5.
We will then move on to nest 23 which was found by Ruby Jenkins, Pam Salvestrini, Mary Van Deusen & Lynda Zegers. It is located 200 yards north of boardwalk 1.
Nest 17 Inventory Results
Nest 17 was found by Stephanie Lea, Ann Carew & Lisa Murphy. While checking nest for softness it was clear that the nest had hatched and there were no viable eggs remaining.
