Nest 84

Walkers Heather Fyfe, Paula Baram and Brad Mosteller called in a crawl with a body pit behind the 2nd new house north of the Club. Tim Morawski probed and found Nest 84. 100 eggs were relocated behind the high tide line in the same area.

Inventories Scheduled for July 17th and 18th

We will inventory nests 4 and 5 on Wednesday, July 17th starting at 4:00 PM. We’ll start with nest 4 which is located past St Christophers near the old pier (enter at boardwalk 9, turn right and walk several hundred yards) and then move to nest 5 which is located in front of the 4th house past the Club facilities ( between boardwalks 6 & 7).

On Thursday, July 18th we will inventory nests 7, 9 and 11 starting at 5 PM. We’ll start with nest 9 which is located past St Christophers, 150 yards past the old pier (enter at boardwalk 9, turn right and walk several hundred yards).We will then inventory nest 11 which is located north of boardwalk 1, 20 yards past the 1st “dogs off leash sign” and finish with nest 7 located 90 yards north of boardwalk 1.

Observers are welcome.

Nest 83

Walkers, Bill and Linda Nelson and Ginger Seabrook called in a crawl between Boardwalks 2 & 3. Judy Morr and Jim Lawrence probed and found the eggs for Nest #83. The nests 99 eggs were relocated above the high tide line.
