Morning all,
The high tides did a job on our nests last night. From the reports from all the zones it looks like almost all of the remaining nests were over washed. The worst was nest # 63 up on that high dune. The dune collapsed and the eggs were exposed. Jen and Harvey with the Doanes and Liz Devens moved the 56 remaining eggs to south of walkway # 5. They were wading through the water the whole time.
We expect to have another bad tide tonight then it starts to go down. Hope the nests can take it.
